    BEV ch. 287-290 are Seattle locals. Did you take the $1 option for the extra set of nets which aren`t included in the Total TV Combo? The same thing happened to me last year when I switched to the TTC and I lost 1 set of nets until I called in and had to pay the extra $1.

    Mojo I had a neighbour call me a couple of weeks back with the exact same problem. No E5 update on a 2700 receiver. I talked to BEV on their behalf and tried the usual things like pulling the smartcard, switchchecks, etc. No go. The tech told me to turn off the receiver for the night and sure...

    About multiple recievers....

    I live in Alberta, Canada and got the phone call from BEV about a month ago asking for location ID`s on all 4 of my receivers. Yep 3 are plugged into phone lines at all times. That was the first time in 7 or 8 years with BEV.
