agreed, i do not think we are seeing active spotbeams on 82... the footprint has simply been shifted north.

TSN site says "Bell TV 403, 848 HD". Pretty sure a couple days ago it was not listed. Also, digiblur is somewhere is Louisiana... he may be dealing with Ike and/or cleaning up from Gustav.

pretty sure if you want 82 and 91 and want to use a DP34, the DP34 will need one wire from 91 and one from 82.

have you tried running a check switch on the receiver just for grins?

nothing seems to have changed signal wise for me here in central TX. perhaps your dish scooted a wee bit?

Just figured I'd report that I finally got a bigger pan up! I installed a 30" today and I've got 82 like never before! I use to max around ~55-60% on the strong TP's, now they lock in at 75%. Several TP's that were 0 are now ~45%. I'm only missing signal on 4 TP's (1, 5, 21, 29). I'm so happy to...

perhaps the Champions Leauge matches that air on TSN-HD are in HD? apart from that, the EPL game on Score HD is the only other one I know of cos I have seen it with me own eyes.

i've only seen it once. the PQ was nice but the "ticker" at the bottom kinda ruined it for me. signal is a bit rough but that depends on where you are and what setup you have. i moved in across town in dec and have not had the time or patience to find 82 yet with my setup in central texas :/

I'm in Austin Texas and my signal level for TSN-HD resides around ~57% (50-60) using a single Dish500 DP Dual for 82 and 91. I would think the coverage would be better in CO than Austin. I have 0 signal on several odd's and 48-60 on the TP's that I can see.

if the video display/format is different/changing, I kinda doubt it has anything to do with the signal but either a setting on the SC box or on your TV. also, usually the picture quality will not change regardless if the signal is a steady 55-60 or 90-100. usually, you either have it or you...

It's prob Setanta Sports. In the US, DirecTV has had Setanta Sports a la carte for $14.99/mth for over a year. Dish just added it, same price.

True, but i THINK BPM is on the non-crapelite. There are other tp's on 91 that are much weaker for me.
