I have a bionic. It's definitely a great phone. The ICS update has made it a very snappy phone. Motorola has promised Jelly Bean for it sometime early this year. I did the same as you, replaced my HTC Thunderbolt. That said, the bionic was actually a huge upgrade of the POS tbolt. Enjoy!

FoxFi does not work on any HTC phones, fyi. Check the app info I the app store. Only Bluetooth DUN works. Now, supposedly foxfi will work on HTC phones once they get ICS.

Charper, I know what you mean. My tbolt did go back to 3G, so I'm not.complaining (much). I was in a full 4g area during the outage though. Some other devices don't fall back to 3g though from what I've seen. Poor guys :(

I've had 3g on my tbolt in a strong 4g area. From what I read, people are not even able to activate their 4g devices right now. Sorry, Christmas customers!

My 3g is back to normal. (I'm out of a 4g area....but it was 1x when it was totally out.) Wondering if Verizon has fixed the Atlanta area 4g? Any T Bolts out there back on 4g?

I would call the number and ask them. The deal requires a one year contract extension, so if you are already eligible to upgrade to smartphones, it might be best to do it all at the same time. Just my opinion.
