    Switched to YouTube TV!

I switched from DTV to YTV about 3 years ago and haven't looked back. One other advantage of streaming is that you can place your T.V.'s anywhere in a room. Your not locked into a cable outlet.

This is awesome. Cord cutting is supposed to save money. If they give into the RSN's like cable and Directv did, we will be paying those high rates again. It's time to stand up to some of these damn sports teams. Don't forget, they need us to survive.

LOL, I highly doubt it will be a mass exodus. Baseball is terribly boring, the games are to long, the season to long, and the salary cap is out of control. Hint, the teams that pay the most money, are the ones that will make the playoffs.

They should take a hard stand against the RSN's, and we as the customers should support it. I love sports, but the fee's they charge to watch are a big part of the reason cable and satellite prices got so damn high. This is why I ditched Direct an went with YTTV. We need to remember, the...

I was wondering how everyone's experience was with the Super Bowl last night? Mine looked great, and I only had one point when I got up for a beer, and came back and had an error message, but was able to get right back to it, and continue watching.

Thank's Morgan, I got it working a little bit better yesterday. On my Hisense T.V. I found a setting under inputs, which allowed me to do either enhanced or 2.0 . I switched it to enhanced, and it seems much better now. I will play around a little more this weekend, and see how it works. So far...

I just got YTTV about 3 weeks ago. I got a roku ultra for xmas, and have stuttering video with it. Doing some research, evidently they updated a while ago, and lots of people are complaining about it. I went back to just using my T.V's app for now as the Roku is unwatchable. I'll probably just...

Thanks for the replies. I have one of the roku ultimate, or whichever the one is for $100 ( got it for $49 on BF) so I will use that on one t.v., and pick up a couple of regular ones for the other tv's in the house. I've been watching it all night with no problems, and I am really liking the...

I'm actually using the app through my Samsung T.V. Is that not a good way of doing it? I don't have any problems with disney + , hulu, or the netflix app.

No, not on Amazon. It's on YTTV. It may be my network. I went down to Optimum and swapped out my modem today and I'll see how that works. I'm supposed to be getting 200MBPS, but for some reason at night, its dropping down to 30 MBPS. Now even with the new modem, I'm trying to watch Goldrush, and...

I've been trying out You Tube Tv, and so far I really like it. One thing I am noticing is that the Prime time football games seem to have quite a bit of stuttering video. Sunday afternoon games seem fine. The stuttering happend Sunday night on NBC, and last night on Fox.

I'm in a valley, so not sure if the antenna would work. I may look into the VPN thing though. Not sure how hard that would be to set up.

    NFL locals

Can you claim a different address or zip code to get out of market NFL games with any of the streaming services? For instance, I live in a NY locals part of PA, so I get stuck with Giants and Jets instead of the Eagles. In the past, I was able to claim a Philly address with Directv, which gave...
