I'm with stone, I bought my reciever 11/03. Probably one of the first 100 Voom Customers. Absolutely no problems reciever wise. I have no gripe with Voom and will remain a loyal customer until my last breath. If they go dark (and they won't) It will just be a learning experience to me.

Does this Insync guy even know he has to recalibrate his set for each new video source? He says he "tweaked" it long ago to make direct look good, did he do the same for Voom?

Excuse me?...I was SUPPOSED to get a pro install, but had to do it completely myself cause neither of the installers sent to my house had a clue.....did everything myself with my brothers help, the assigned installers just handed me the equipment and left cause they didn't have a clue how to do...
