I never played it(old PC and I don't have a xbox360) so I may get it once I get the PS3.

Mark Rein the head of Epic never said it won't come on the xbox360, he just wanted to have a confirmation from microsoft that they'll allow mods on their console. Looking forward to the PC or PS3 version. Btw it's UT3 not UT2k3.

Besides the price that's what is bothering me now in the PS3: Lack of friendly games or great games in general. The Release date for games look promising for 2007 and 2008 tho.

Yep not only it's expensive but it doesn't have what Japanese gamers like. When games like Virtua Fighter, Final Fantasy, MGS,...etc come out it will do much better I guarantee that. The japanese market isn't a big fan of FPS like Resistance and CoD.

I think they should have come out with those settings in the launch. Or at least give the option to those who bought the first consoles to upgrade theirs which they don't. hat's why they fell kinda ripped off.

I believe it costs 800wii points to play SNES/Genesis games, 1000+ wii points for N64 and 500wii points for NES games. 100wii points= $1. I don't have the wii so I could be wrong, btw the wii plays most GC games.

xbox360 sold 2million from 6+ million consoles available(20-30%). wii sold 1.8million of 1.8million(100%). ps3 sold 800k of 1million(80%). Add the fact that xbox360 and wii both came out with their 1 of their main exclusives(gow and zelda) while the ps3 didn't yet. This isn't over yet.

The PS3 is still about games, until those big household names come out people will still bash it sadly. even the PS2 was bashed hard and look at what it did after 5 years.

Both the wii and xbox360 had one of their console selling games out(zelda for wii and gow for xbox360), we still haven't seen the MGS, FF, GT, God of War,...etc

The price dropped even before launch in japan, the price will drop when the blu-ray drives will be produced more and for cheaper. The question now is when.
