Can anyone identify my OTA antenna pictured here?

I was told when the signal sits at 100 for 5 minutes then drops to 60 then back to 100 that it's multipath. What are you thinking it could be?

I'm about 10 miles from the towers and have multipath problems where my signal goes from 100 to 65 in a split second.. Can anyone recommend a med range antenna that helps with the multipathing?

Yes I am definitely seeing a much lower signal with the Dish 921 then I did with the VOOM box.

Support at Antenna's Direct suggested and I bought a HM15Y: SR15 small directional 15 element UHF Ya 1.

I am 13 miles from the towers and need a NON Amplified antenna. I'm looking at the Winegard Sensar 3 and the Winegard SquareShooter? Which would give me the best performance? Thanks brian
