Sorry, I didn't mean the in demand channels. I mean the two high definition channels with the names INHD1 and INHD2. This is part of the confusion because an Adelphia CSR told me that they were not available but I think they may be confusing these particular channels with in demand services.

Thanks! I tried to switch to Dish and the 942 but had no line of sight. I live in the historic district of Leesburg and have some very large, old trees around my house. I do have LOS for the 61.5 but not the other Dish satellites. Perhaps I'll need to get out the chain saw!

Also, check the set-up menu for the receiver. I have a 6412 and I first need to turn it off and then I press menu. This gives me the set up menu. You may want to make sure that your aspect ratio and resolutions are correct.

I have the 6412 on two tvs and don't have a problems with it. There should be a setting for sd channels and one for hd channels. I get the SD channels on 480i at 4:3 and the HD on 1080i at 16:9. To get to the set-up, I believe that you turn off the receiver and then press menu.
