I occasionally travel in VERY rural (and hilly) SW Wisconsin and NW Illinois. Most farms have satellite dishes and 20foot + towers for OTA signals. Many homes also have a dish that is at an angle, I'm guessing about 45° DOWNWARD. This doesn't look like a wireless internet or phone service...
