Here in Ct they don't show up in the scan. I had to try and figure out where they were and add them manually. Then they worked. There is a forum that helped me find the frequencies. I think it is dslreports.com. They have forums for specific cable companies. Hope this helps you.

Here in Ct they dont use Voip. They have there own system. Don't really understand it but when the internet was down phone still worked.

Where are you that you get WB on channel 780? In Newtown CT it isnt there.

Here in CT the price is 9.99. I love mine and very rarely watch anything live anymore. I added a external hard drive to add capacity. Cost me 150.00 for the hard drive. i have the SA8300HD DVR and haven't had any trouble with it.

Charter in Ct is adding WFSB(CBS) and UniversalHD on February 10th. These are confirmed by letters Charter sent to state dpuc.
