ESPN2 HD is up and running here in Columbia, SC. I watched MLB on it last night.

I am served by TWC in the Columbia, SC market. Recently they've gone all digital, except channels 2-13. Does anyone know why these 12 channels are still analog? I wondered if any of you in another market had experienced the same thing. Any thoughts?

Here in Columbia, SC, TWC charges for each DVR. When you order digital cable, one digital receiver is included in the price. If you want to upgrade that receiver to a DVR receiver, you have to pay an additional $5. If you want two DVRs (like I have) you pay a $5 upgrade for the first and $15...
