My suggestion would be to simplify to determine what may be SNAFued. I use a 4DTV 922 as a dish positioner/polarizer. You don't even need to hook the LNBs to the 4DTV. Just use it to position the dish and change polarity/skew. For testing purposes just hook the C-band LNB straight to the TBS...
