I made one that fits snugly inside the throat of an LNB. To check if its 90 deg I put a thumtack on the ceiling of the garage and dropped a weighted string to a spot on the floor. Place the lazer in the holder on that spot and check if it hits the thumbtack on the ceiling.

Did try that with no luck. Even scanned adjacent satellites to see if another transponder was blocking the signal since I'm using a wide beamwidth dish.

I also lost REELZ about a week or so ago on my 6' dish with MicroHD receiver. It was about 70 Q prior and have no issues with the other stations I was receiving .....very strange??
