    Sounds like the polar axis angle may be off slightly, I would split the difference between G10R and AMC-6 then go back to true south, drop the polar axis by about 2º, re-peak the declination on true south. If this does not work try raising the polar axis by 2º and re-peak the declination on...

    I use a 6' dish (As does Iceberg) for C-Band and it works GREAT, pulls in about 98% of C-Band Digital channels :P) I also used a 1.7m off-set dish for C-Band in the UK (Back in the analog days)

    I have a few DirecPC dish, they work GREAT for FTA and the great thing about the white ones is they can be inverted by skewing 180º and still be bang on the satellite! I would replace the LNB and keep the feedhorn as its designed for the exact shape of the DirecPC dish! Nice find (Both)

    Many members here including myself get 99% of C-Band digital channels using a 6' dish! If you can go bigger, but even way up here in MN. the minimum size needed for C-Band is 6'
