I've done my 7.5ft dish myself several times without disassembling. I did have help with a 10 footer because it was muddy, and I didn't want to disassemble it. Otherwise, disassembling and moving a 10 or 12 foot mesh dish is easily a 1 man job... never hurts to have a helping hand though!

Make sure you're using the right switch in your setup. One version of the bsc621 uses an internal 22k switch and the other uses diseqc (the 621-2 uses diseqc since it is a universal lnbf that cannot use 22k switches due to the 22k band switching for universal).

There are other alternatives... like forward air or others of that nature that will probably be cheaper. People ship appliances/etc that are much heavier for much less through other not so common carriers, so maybe check around a bit
