I noticed the video & audio were gone around the first of Feb. still had the signal for a while after that. I;m not all that smart, just what is IP service anyway. Maybe I can learn something new. Thanks very much for your reply, it was driving me crazy.

I was getting Living Faith tv on galaxy 16 for years, then I lost video and audio but still had signal. I rescaned and :confused: cannot pick up even a signal now. I am still getting all other channels on satellite. I have 8' dish ,DSR922 receiver & coolsat 5000. According to lyngsat...
