So lets analyze this. As I see it, FOX SD, which appears to be delivered in MPEG4 and in HD moved from conus beam Ciel-2 129W from Transponder 25. It still is available now, to where it moved, on Ciel-2 129W now on Transponder 26, still seen in the Continental U.S. It also, (at the very same time!) moved in a similar way on the Eastern Arc.
Wow, how ingenious. This is very interesting. I can't wait to see what happens tomorrow.
