Sorry, it came out yesterday morning/Monday evening in North America. It's been out in Japan for like a week or two.

2.7 was out in November.

Can anyone tell me if this is a 2 phase install like Firmware 2.7 was. IE. Apply the firmware via disc then turn it on again and it updates again
