Hello,
I am new to the forum here, and I had a question.
I had my Dish Installed this thursday, and my wife called me at work today (sat) to tell me I had an error 500 (both remotes were on the same channel)
Also I was watching tv last night and it came up and said want to donload new prog guide etc ( bout 2-3 am) well I cancelled it watched the rest of my show and went to bed.
I called dish and the tech guy had me reboot the reciever and I totally lost all pic
Now I have no picture (white noise) And the tech also told me that I will have to wait untill next wed to get a new reciever (boooo Hisssss )
Has anyone had this kind of problem also
