3900 & Dish Pro Plus LNB

Can I use a 3900 Receiver with a Dish Pro Plus LNB?
The Dish Pro Plus is also hooked to a 322.

As long as there is a Dish Pro receiver hooked up to the DPP Twin, you should be OK.
