The only way that these 2 numbers could be close to correct would be if the old price was 5 cents per customer and they wanted a 4 cent increase to 9 cents per customer.
It would actually be an 80% increase - which might be why Lifetime is disputing it the accuracy.
Of course, it could also be fraction of cents as well to make both numbers exactly correct.
But it could not be over 1 cent difference.
