Actually, it's only 1 new video channel. Each channel number has the same video feed with a different audio language.

Wouldnt it be smarter to provide one video feed with 5 selectable audio feeds ?

No New video channels. They already have a video feed for Euronews English 511 & French. They just have 1 video feed & 7 different audio feeds, then on those channels listed they link the video with the corresponding audio. Which saves alot of bandwidth.
