61.5 vs. 148?

Whats the difference? I'm in 20854 (Maryland). Are both the satellites (61.5 and 148) broadcasting the same stuff? If so should I just point to which one gives the best LOS?

If you are in eastern Maryland, you probably don't have a choice. 148 is very low on the horizon. It's only 6 degrees above the horizon in Baltimore.
