Is 61.5 TP13 having trouble all of a sudden?

All of these changes took place around the time that I was expecting the 8PSK conversion changes to take place. So, was Dish so busy with this that they had to delay the 8PSK conversion?

Okay, time to start a rumor. Perhaps Dish is preparing to lease that transponder to a different company so they can launch HD distant networks. Hey, I can dream, can't I?
