811 guide problem

I just noticed a couple of days ago that the all letters V and W are scrambled in my EPG. It kinda looks like the letters are melting! Wierd only V's and W's.
Has anyone seen this before?

Unplug the 811 while turned on. Wait several seconds then plug back in. It will correct problem.

Yes, but not for some time. Mine was caused by a problem with the OTA and PSIP problems which affected my favorites. A power cord reboot was required and on several times I had to delete my favorites and redo them.

Yeah, I had that problem and about freaked out. Unplugging it did resolve the issue though.
