From a CSR

I had to speak with a E* CSR today about a billing matter, ended up speaking with an "advanced" CSR. After we worked out the billing situation, he asked if there's anything else he could do, and I asked him if he knew a street date for the 811. His reply: "apparently never". Of course he was kidding, but he said he had no idea when it would be available. I then asked him about how the 6000u inventory looked, he said they're going fast, which we already know.
