921 "in-stock?"

I see that orbitsat.com's web site is listing the 921 as "in-stock." Have the flood gates of 921 production opened at last or does orbitsat.com define "in-stock" at bit differently than most?

Scott's reference to 5 units in the last shipment certainly isn't a "start building an ark" class of product flood. But I suppose it's a start.
