97.0°W Galaxy 19 Ku Channels?

Hi All,

I have Dish Network (ElitePack= Arabic channels)
I would like to have the 97.0°W Galaxy 19 Ku channels which are another Arabic (free channels)

Can I add anything to my current satellite to have the channels
if not, where I can buy the satellite and its stuff online?
what is the dish size for the 97.0°W Galaxy 19 Ku

I don't think that you can coexist the FTA signals on a Dish Network Receiver. The best way is to get a stationary second dish or even better a motorized system and FTA Receiver from one of our sponsors above.

Buying suggestions:

The bigger the dish is always better, 80CM is just fine but 90CM or larger is best!

LNB can make you or break you!

The Wonderful Invacom QPH-031 is the Cadillac of LNB’s. Costly though but worth it!

Motorize the dish if you can, you will regret it in the long run for first timers! A motorized system will allow you to track the entire Clarke Belt for satellites for many channels of viewing and not limited to one satellite!

All this of course is what your budget will allow but our sponsors have put together systems that have these items in deal bundles so you should be set. Ask your sales guy on whoever you buy from for the best setup going motorized or stationary! Members will buzz in with more suggestions so stay tuned and check back frequently!

I'm going to buy the following equipments :
1- Dish 90 CM
2- QPH-031 ( but I coudn't found it in the link you gave me) and what other options?

are these above equipments enough considering that I have my own receiver?
I'm going to buy them then I'll call someone in my area to install it for me.
do you have any recommandations?

I think there is some way to make that receiver work for your fta Arabic stations. I don't think there is one station like that in hidef.

If you can do without the hd, a standard def fta receiver will work for what you want. Look at Fortec and Traxis. 100 bucks or so new

Modifying your present receiver not worth the bother

What reciever are you talking about? Do you own an FTA receiver because your Dish receiver is not going to work for Galaxy 19.

You will need a completely different system than what you currently have.

Here is the system you will need:
Arabic TV Free To Air FTA Satellite Aljazeera, 2M Maroc Syria Saudi Dubai TV Abu Dhabi, OMAN KUWAIT YEMEN JORDAN TUNIS ALGERIA 2M Maroc channels

You can upgrade the dish to 90CM from the drop down menu.
You can upgrade the LNBF to the QPH031 from the drop down menu.

Both upgrades are not necessary to receive the channels from Galaxy 19 (97W).
