A couple of 811 questions

1. Will the 811 unit come with a DVI cable?

2. I know retailers are expected to have 811s available on 12/1. Does anyone know whether Dish Network will have them available then as well?

3. Any word on an incentive for existing customers?

I know my warehouse has gotten two skids of 811's in just the other day. So i am expecting any day we will start getting jobs using the 811.
