Add me to the list of hosed Dish customers

Ordered the 811 on Dec 12th for install today (the 26th) Even got a call on Weds (12/24) confirming they would be here between 8am and 12 noon. Nobody showed and nobody called. I called Dish and was told no recievers until the 5th of January, so rescheduled for then.

I could have understood them not having the receiver but to not call me and tell they would not be out is about as unprofessional as you can get.

I know someone posted the email to the Dish CEO, would you post it again for me? I need to vent to someone who actually has some power!
