BY JAMES DETAR INVESTOR S BUSINESS DAILY Chipmaker Broadcom on Sunday did what a lot of tech companies and semiconductor companies have done in the last two months cut its guidance. So on Monday its stock price . . . rose. Rose Cutting guidance isn't a typical way for companies get a spike in their stock price but this was one of a few such occasions of late.
