Are these to birds Linear or Circular? or at leaste the Dish TPs

They both appear to be linear. All I can get on either is the "Congratulations!" cards on both of them, which is expected.

For AMC 15: 11840V 26000SR
For Echostar 9: 12074V 20000SR
