does DTV give the non penetrating roof mounts to or is that an extra?? my guess it would be it's an all depends situation with AT&T!!!

There is always a cost associated with it.

However if your a new customer nobody is going to make the customer of a non pen stand in the way of a new install
 
Claude, what is your poblem with Dish?. You seem to constantly go after them and it's gettning old. Give ity a rest as I am not the only person tired of your bashing. Dish Network did the right thing in termanting you from installer / technician. Mr. Greczkowski runs a great site for all satellite information. Why don't you go out and buy some toilet paper to wrap your self in?.
