Anybody south of the border got the 9200?

Just wondering if any of us "south of the border" Evu customers got the new HD DVR. Is it the same model as dish 942 or 921? if so, where did you get it from? I got my 6100 from kusat this year. Did you have to reinstall everything including the dish or were you able to use the one for the 6100? What about activation? How was it since most of us have to deal with a broker for that?

9200 = 942

I've never activated a reciever through a broker, as I have a house in Ontario. So I just call the 416 number from the states and ask to activate the reciever.

that's then a good price for the receiver (considering how much dish charges for it). I've contacted both Kusat and my broker but no answer from them yet.

The 9200 will need 2 lines from the dish, so your existing setup will work.

Brokers will be able to activate them with no issues...there's a few people who have done it with no issues
