Are we going to get the ABC HD channels back?

So I've been with Dish for a long time now. I've been through several of these disputes over channels with them and we have always had the channels back in what seemed like a few days. A week max. We haven't gotten these HD channels back and it's been a couple of weeks. Now, I'm not going to leave Dish over this or anything, but I do like to watch them and would like to have them back.

While we have the other topic, let me update that I don't seem them coming back anytime soon, for the first time I can remember DISH has told retailers to remove those channels from their advertising.

This one could go on for quite awhile.
