avatars on home screen

my avatar is now missing on the home screen when I log in. Is this just temporary or has a setting been changed that won't allow it anymore?

I removed it as it was giving an error in the logs and causing some slight server issues as it wasn't coded correctly.

When you come to the site you do know who you are don't you?
