Cablevision Has Better Foreign Channels

I want to switch to fios, but cablevision has better foreign channels. For example cablevision has about 40 hispanic channels. Most important to me though is the spanish channel called CARACOL TV COLOMBIA. In fact i know 3 other people who won't switch to fios, because they do not have caracol tv colombia. Other channels i would miss by switching to fios is EURONEWS and MSNBC I want fios! but cablevision has better foreign channels.
