Caller ID problem

  • Server Issues.

    We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

    Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

Still having problems with caller id on 625. Started with the 393 update. If any phone calls are from my local prefix, they do not show up. IF they are outside the local prefix, cell phone or long distance they are listed. Any ideas how to cure or who to complain too?
 
I assume this is just happening on the 625 and not your other caller id boxes or phones. I had a problem sorta like this but, it was on all caller ID devices dish box, fax machine, caller id box, etc......I called the local phone company(Verizon here), and told them. The girl I first talked to a per usuall had no clue, but she transferred me and the next guy pushed some buttons and fixed it.
