Nope cannot combine OTA with the satellite signal with the Hopper, must user separate cables.

You can on older receivers, but not a Hopper. You may be able to combine it with a Joey, but I'm not 100% sure.
 
Not with a Joey either. Diplexing gets in the way of MoCA....
