Cancellation and return of items

I rec'd the packing box from DIsh for my receiver, LNB, remotes and switch. I had a Super Dish. What do I return when it comes to the LNB ?

The three lnb's, one should be out in open, the other two are under the big covering.

Simply call them and tell them that the LNBs are on the roof and you can't reach them safely. They will tell you to forget sending them in the box.
