I have suddenly had issues when purchasing any VOD content. Just now I tried to purchase the new Bond flick and I went through the screens, it started to buffer until usually the "Watch Now" but becomes active and then it comes up with pop-up 006 which to my knowledge is regarding an internet connection. I know I have the Hopper internet connected, I can stream music via the Pandora App. Has anyone seen this before? This is very annoying.
Could I do a software reset on the box? Would I lose recordings and stuff if I did that?
