Gemini with a peculiar issue

In all of my 20+ years with DIRECTV, I have never used a piece of their equipment that does not display the software information, until now. This Gemini was drop shipped via FedEx, 2-3 weeks ago. I done a self install with this particular box. It works just fine, as far as everyday use of it goes. But, it has never displayed its software information. This is for satellite, not streaming. I wondered if anyone else has experienced an issue of this nature.

Had the exact same issue from a few weeks back after a software update. RBR of the Gemini did not help. RBR of my HR54 fixed it. So try RBR of whatever Genie you have, ie HR44, HR54, or HS17.
