Can't get sports alternates

I'm stumped. I can't receive the sports alternate channels on Dish. I have two aging 508's, Dish 500, quad lnb. When I run a check switch, everything looks good. I have done a hard reboot, "unhid" locked channels, unlocked channels, etc. I have the multi sports pack and have no trouble receiving any of those channels, or the sports ppv channels. Both 508's see "Big Ten" on channel 439 then skip to sports ppv. Channels 440-449 are nowhere to be found. I called Tech support and spent 25 minutes going through every possible scenario with them. Nothing helped. One CSR told me I'm not supposed to be getting those channels. Yeah, right. Any ideas?

Are you a Turbo HD user? When I had Turbo I did not have the sports alternate channels even though I had the multi sports pack. When I went back to Classic Gold they appeared back.
