Ch. 84 HSN WTH?

I noticed today that the Home Shopping Network showed up in my local channel area on my 625. I'm not aware of any OTA HSN channels in my area. Did ol Chuck take a payoff to mirror HSN on ch.84? Anybody else with sd locals have this show up in their guide?
