I don't see a channel 213 in my guide...what channel is supposed to be on 213?

I do believe that's the interactive local weather channel for legacy receivers. Hoppers and Wallies(sp?) use the apps.

The Hpper has a Weather Channel app. There is little need to have a channel assigned to go to that app.

Both the Weather Channel App and the Weather Nation App. Those two have slightly different temps and forecasts for the same cities, not completely different like rain vs. dry, but sometimes a difference of as much as 7 degrees, and that can make a for a different experience.

The Weather Nation app can keep many more cities in favorites, a 14 day forecast, and has a better UI, IMHO. I often prefer it for those reasons, but I think Weather Channel app is a little more accurate, but I like getting an idea of what it may be like over a week out.

Don't forget that the math of chaos makes forecasts more than 5 days out less than 50% reliable. :D
