Cheap equiment to get 118.7 for 1 rcvr?

Hi - I am trying to get just 118.7 for our guest house in the backyard (my parents need their internationals)

If I buy a new 500+ dish it comes to about $150 - is there a generic dish and 118.7 LNB you guys can recommend that would be a cheaper setup for the single 311 receiver I'll connect it to?

find an old primestar, put a piece of plastic in the throat of the LNBF.

the plastic converts it from linear to circular polarity, i used a dp lnbf to be compatible with the rest of my equip, you don't have to if it's the only thing you're pointing at.
