Cinemax for a penny...is it worth it?

I wouldn't pay any more than that! I have not watched anything on any of the MAX channels in over 3 months.

Well, duh! Yes, it is worth it, even if you get to watch one movie per month that you would have had to either pay to rent or watch in some sort of horrible, edited for TV version. The only real issue I have with it is, sometimes I see things I'd rather not when I turn on the TV after recording a movie. Seriously, couldn't they have gotten some better looking people to act in their soft-core porn? HD does not flatter most of them, and SHOCKINGLY so.

we don't know what that string of characters is. To us, a smiley is a string of characters that the vBulletin software will translate into a graphic like this... :D

If you don't ever look at your bill and you automatically pay extra $ for errors, then it's not worth doing what is required for the deal. It's easy to get too busy and not check out what you are automatically paying when you get no bill in the mail.

The programming may be worth it, but take note about what's going on.

Lets see I've had had my external drive since the feature was added. I don't rent very many VOD or PPV and from the video store. There is a new premiere every Saturday night 104 movies in two years give or take 20 or so I didn't record. 80 movies too watch for a penny thats .00125 cents a movie not a bad price I'd say

1 cent, kind of a no lose situation, when you think of all the other things out there that we purchase.

I got an e-mail from Dish saying that since I'm a valued customer, I get my max for a penny extended by one year.

More than worth it. Maybe not in prime time, but it's about the only premium HD that plays older great movies as well, you just have to search the early morning schedule and have a DVR to enjoy them.
