Clicks & Pops

I am presently using ReCast. I have used TimeTrax 3.4 as well. I am getiing clicks & pops in all of my recordings. Can anyone tell me some ideas on how to clear this up?

I have the same. I use to be able to switch a setting on my audio card and set it back to what it was, then the popping went away. Now that does not work with recast.
