Does anyone know what the FCC rules are for providing vlosed captions?
I have an ongoing battle with Directv not providing closed captions for abc Hi-Def east[86]. Also, their PPV Hi-Def movies never provide closed captions.
Does anyone have an email address to someone at Directv that will actually fix the problem.
