I have two HDTVs. One is a Sony MASTER Series BRAVIA XR-65A95L QD-OLED 4K UHD TV and the other is a Sony XBR-55X900F Smart LED 4K UHD TV. All the apps I downloaded on both TVs work except the DIRECTV App. The DIRECTV App opens and loads when selected but does not respond to remote commands. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the DIRECTV App twice, but the issue remains. Anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
